Kenny Tan, managing director of KEN Holdings, is back on the Breakfast Grille.

He gives an update on the KEN Rimba Jimbaran project, as well as the KEN TTDI development. KEN TTDI is also a milestone for the company -- its first foray into the hospitality business -- with the development of 36 corporate suites there.

He also discusses the on-going plans for the 'green' hotel in Penang, plans for increasing their landbank, and venturing outside the Klang Valley.

Kenny also talks about undervaluation of the company's stocks and his wish to take it private.
