As a fast-paced person, I’ve always found it hard to truly rest or take free time. Slowing down felt uncomfortable. Doing nothing makes me feel unease. I was constantly chasing something, and over the years, it became exhausting. Yet whenever I finally allowed myself to pause, I felt guilty.
After spending a year living in a village, I began to learn the beauty of slowing down—something I could never see when I was moving too fast. That season taught me lessons I now keep in this journal, which I later record and decided to share on METANOIA.
There will be 15 episode through out this seasson called “Between Pause and Purpose” I hope this episode resonates with you, my fellow fast-paced souls—a gentle reminder that you are your first priority.
Happy listening ✨
