Today, guitarist/vocalist Kenny Hickey fronts doom metal supergroup Sun Dont Shine featuring Type O drummer Johnny Kelly, Crowbar/Down guitarist/vocalist Kirk Windstein and original Down bassist Todd Strange. He joins us for a career retrospective including a breakout tour with Motley Crue, his brotherhood with Pantera, that Playgirl magazine thing and how the influences of Elton John, the Beatles, Black Sabbath and Ace Frehley coalesce into Sun Dont Shine.
