A lot has changed for Liz since we spoke last year, the biggest change being that she's now a mother... to twins! But it wasn't an easy journey. Liz's twins were born very premature and she spent a lot of time in the ICU.

As someone who is known for her active lifestyle and positive attitude, being bedridden for weeks on end, not knowing what the future would hold, tested Liz immensely.

Here’s my advice on teaching yoga classes. This is what I’ve learned from first-hand experience. I’ve made many mistakes but that’s sometimes the only way we learn. Sharing these experiences with you also allows me to reflect on my own teaching practice. I constantly want to get better at craft and this improvement often comes first through self-reflection.
