Nico was in YogaHub for a week of Yin Teacher Training. I set up a makeshift podcast studio in the studio stock room, we sat on some laundry detergent boxes and conversed!

Nico travels all over the world teaching workshops, training teachers, hosting retreats and sharing yoga online.

Honoured to finally meet the powerful Devin Kelley. Devin was the first ever guest on my podcast and is someone I have admired for a long time.
