  • #86: Pat Divilly - Upgrade Your Yoga Life.
After I was made redundant and before I was a yoga teacher, Pat Divilly was and still is a huge inspiration for me. When I first thought about becoming a teacher, it was my mum and sister that told me about Pat and his Late late show appearance. His determination combined with his humility made me an instant fan.
One of the biggest joys of being a podcaster is that you get a chance to sit in front of brilliant, witty and kind people like Pat and simply absorb.
    Enjoy!
