When we refer to the world, we are often referring to the world of people. So we’ll take a new perspective regarding our relationships and social connections to arrive at a more satisfying, empowering, and enjoyable experience of our world.

This Key Moment is a concept album called The Framework of Illusion that will be a virtual production by either a band or a collection of performing artists. The production includes 12 songs that follow a story where you become the main character on an inner journey and hero’s quest. I wrote the songs with my friend, Jay Dugan. In this episode, I perform the beginning narration.

And in future episodes of the FOIL (Framework of Illusion) Series, I will take you through the entire inner journey with the lyrics of all 12 songs plus narration. So I invite you to sit back and imagine you are at a very different kind of virtual concert experience.

In this Key Moment, I'll be talking about the phenomenon of Synchronicity and theories and opinions on it. And I’ll also share an experience I had that just makes me wonder if all coincidences are random, or or if some are actually by design.

In this Key Moment, we’ll look at our fascination with superheroes and a meditation connection. The correlation involves the idea of the superhero and secret identity on one hand and the Inner Path and our outer everyday life on the other. The message of this episode is that you are a superhero. Not only in metaphor, but in reality!

In this Meditative Key Moment, we will experience one of the key elements of meditation, Inner Silence, which means letting our  thoughts subside for a moment, with the result being a state of mentally calming and revitalizing inner quiet. To achieve an inner quiet state, there is an obstacle that usually isn’t mentioned in meditation methods. Here we will discover that obstacle and how to handle it, so that we can actually accrue all those benefits that have come out of all the meditation research.

One of the most discussed and debated philosophical questions is whether we possess Free Will or if our life is totally governed by the law of Cause and Effect. In this Reflective Key Moment, we travel down a path of thought that is usually overlooked, to arrive at some interesting insights that just might open new possibilities in your own thinking.

In this Meditative Key Moment, I have an interesting little mantra for you.

We’re familiar with phrases that string together three sequential letters of the alphabet like ABC and XYZ. So here is a QRS sequence as a mantra that represents the three basic qualities of the meditative state.

In this Reflective Key Moment, I’ll recall an experience I had as an educational consultant in which I was asked to work with some boys who were having behavior problems.  What I discovered was the power of social conditioning to establish and reinforce a negative self image, and the power of meditation to overcome the conditioning and establish a positive self-image.
