And here we are referring to the conditioned fear that has no practical value but perhaps is triggered by the memory of an event that produced a state that felt threatening or dangerous. As I mentioned in the last episode, we can succumb to this fear or we might overcome it with a special kind of love. That was our theory. And here is our technique.
