I AM Movement is a gym for adults with special needs and the elderly in Irvine. This woman-owned business run by a mother/daughter duo uses fitness and friendship to create a community. Its mission is to empower and inspire people so they can enhance their quality of life and be their own hero. One program targets and challenges the symptoms of Parkinson's disease slowing their progression so people can live fuller lives longer.
