Usman Khawaja made 57, Marnus Labuschagne 72 and Steve Smith 68 not out but Travis Head and Mitch Marsh missed out, preventing Australia from making a monster score in front of a record crowd of 87,242 at the MCG. UPDATE: Kohli has been fined 20 per cent of his match fee and awarded one demerit point for his contact with Konstas, according to reports.
