Enchanted Forest is a sleep meditation for kids (great for adults too). Its aim is to promote sleep but it is also has Mindfulness/CBT strategies to assist children to let go of and release negative thoughts. Enter the enchanted forest, walk along the leafy path and sit by the waterfall. Let your negative thoughts, drift away like Autumn leaves, floating down the stream
