As parents, it's kind of nice to say, "Because I said so" or "Because I can." We kind of like being the "final authority." But we don't necessaarily like it when we see God making choices that we don't like, and He didn't ask our opinion about it. In this next section of Paul's letter he addresses a couple of issues. First, the seriousness of not knowing Jesus, and second, God's sovereign choices. Here's a question for you: Are you okay with God's choices?
