Kinda Famous Podcast

Another one of our Kinda Famous interviews! THis week we have on the award winning writer, sport, journalist, host, and now filmmaker Adam Knapp and his partner in crime who is no stranger to the I'm Kinda Famous podcast  Kenneth Linn (he is usually running the camera for IKF). Adam and Kenny come on to talk about their highly successful film Out Here in Kansas about the tumultuous relationship between Christians and the LGBTQ community that has been receiving critical acclaim and their new project about the legendary yet little known Wichita Wings. Out Here in Kansas is really well done and entertaining documentary with an amazing ending and a very thought provoking debate between a pastor and a member of the LGBT community'.

This was recorded back in June during the Doc Sunback Film Festival in Mulvane, Ks which is where their film screened for the first time a year ago so we talk about the past year, the process of making your first film, the controversial topic of coming out as gay in Kansas a very conservative state and their new film about the Wichita Wings.

One of my favorite conversations and I think you all will enjoy it too. Today I had this social media fireball and female entrepreneur Chandali and we just hit a little bit of everything. We talk about her daily Facebook show Tea Time with Chandi, using social media to build a following for her beauty supply store The Hair Store LLC, the struggle of small and black own product and business, defining beauty, and more. She killed it and I think this one is ----more----great not just for women but anyone aspiring to follow their passion and get paid for it! as always Share and Tell a friend and I really do thank all of you who have been riding the wave of this podcast with me. The numbers are growing and I am kicking to the next level. Just Wait keep supporting and I will pay it back.

First time doing a live stream of IKF and boy oh boy it was a cluster but we got the show out and done. I invited David Rickels on to chat with me as we figure this out and we talked about his upcoming matches with Bellator, OJ Simpson, Olympic bronze medal Boxer Nico Hernandez , Mcgregor vs Mayweather, and EFC 6. Just men talking a little bit of sports and muscle through using a new medium. Sorry for being late but that's what it means to go live. See you next week back to normal schedule.

This is the IKF Jay Z 4:44 album music special! Joining me on this episode is a very talented up and coming rap artist  from Wichita Samuel David but many of you might know him as Big Sam. We break this album down from my view of Jay Z being a product of perfect timing, Sam breaks down why Jay Z is the greatest, we dig into the weeds of much of the subject matter and themes, and Sam introduces a conversation on how black men suffer from low emotional intelligence. It's so much but we fit it all into an hour. Just like other specials, this one has a full video episode and you can watch it below. Thanks to R Coffee House for letting us film, Kenny Lin and Tugris Media for doing all the work to make me look good. Enjoy the show and please share with the people alot of good discussion to chime in on!
