Yes, if you're astute, you recognize then title of this episode as the title of a song by Cass Elliot (Mama Cass from the 1960's group The Mamas and the Papas). It's a song about doing your own thing even if nobody else understands it and that's a sentiment my guest, Bobby Hedglin-Taylor has lived for most of his life. From his first arrival in New York through today, Bobby has had an incredible career. Actor, Dancer, Aerialist, and Author, Bobby has done it all and shares his incredible journey with you.
In this episode I speak with Helene and Simon Brolund. Their group; Authentic Friendship Network just launched on Facebook and I could not have been more excited to speak with them. As one of many people in the world who just, well, sucks at making friends, I found their message to be so uplifting and positive . It's a great listen and who knows? You might even be inspired to seek out more and better friends.

Ken Fleisher is a scientist. A Color Scientist, to be exact. He is one of the people who helps digital pictures become more colorful. Any digital image, really. But that's not all. Ken's scientific brain also loves productivity so he recognized that procrastination was the antithesis to productivity. What Ken discovered is that procrastination is rooted in our "fight or flight" reflex. And guess what? So is our fear of public speaking. So he became a Coach to help people through that top five fear. Check out this fantastically interesting conversation and then check out Ken's website.
In this weeks' episode I speak with Jessica Derksen, a Health and Wellness and Life Coach. We talk about Limiting Beliefs and how everything in our lives is connected (no, this isn't a conspiracy theory show). How making a positive change in one aspect of your life can lead you to positive changes across your life from your job to your family and friends.

In this episode I speak with Carissa Selena, a Health and Wellness Coach based out of Colorado, USA. She is the founder and CEO of Get Real Coaching.
In 2008, Carissa walked into her family garage and discovered her Father deceased. The trauma of that event followed her for many years until she came to a life-changing realization. She tells it so much better than I can so I won't spoil it, but suffice to say that she found a way to grow a beautiful garden out of, well, shit.
As a Health and Wellness Coach she empowers her clients to do the things they don't think they can do or are not sure how to do. Part mentor, part cheerleader, part trainer, Selena is a true professional with an amazing work ethic and she never, ever stops coaching. Just listen.

Hey Folks. No guests this episode so I thought I would talk about my new series coming next week. Have you ever used a coach for any part of your life? I'm not talking about a sports coach. I'm talking about a Life Coach or a Business Coach. What is a coach, even? We're going to talk about coaching and speak with some amazing people who not only ARE coaches, but also USE coaches. It's going to be a lot of fun and, hopefully, very informative. I hope you'll join us.
We also have a new sponsor; Unleashed Life is a Coaching service specializing in Life Coaching, Happiness Coaching and Confidence Coaching.
