Oh, and she started and achieved all of these things after her late 30's!!

Annabel is a good friend of mine who I've been wanting to get on here for a while now to tell her story! As an ex GB Olympic Bobsledder, Annabel talks about some of the amazing highs and the crushing lows of her time as an elite youth athlete.
We will have Annabel back in again for sure to chat more about her experiences and chat more about some of the more anecdotal tales, but today I really wanted to share her story from a mental health perspective so that people listening in a similar position can take some advice and comfort from her story.
