Know Thyself, Self Love and Listening to your spirit Guides

In todays episode we explore the concept that if you do not know yourself, practice self awareness and self love how can you possibly be aware of what your spirit guides are trying to tell you.

When we do not understand ourselves we cannot understand another entity and this is where many people assume that spirituality doesn't need work or mean working on yourself.

Self Love is one of the most important practices for happiness and if I can turn around just one persons opinion of themselves from this episode I will be so happy.
