The Sparks Police Department is asking for the public's help in the investigation into a shooting at the El Grande events center early this morning. Police were called to the center at 670 Greenbrae Drive shortly after 2:00 this morning. Police arrived to find more than 100 people leaving the scene in multiple vehicles. They determined that more than 35 shots were fired, striking a vehicle in the parking lot and a home on M Street. Police say some sort of fight began inside the business. They say several black males wearing white clothes were involved in the altercation inside. As they left the building, at least one of them pulled out a handgun and began firing in the parking lot. Investigators say there was likely more than one shooter. It does not appear that anyone was injured. The suspects are all believed to be in their 20s.

Reno Police are looking for a woman they say robbed the victim of a traffic accident. Police say the victim was involved in a traffic accident after suffering a medical emergency in the area of Shopper's Square in Reno a little before 11 o'clock yesterday (Saturday) morning. Investigators say a black woman took advantage of the situation and robbed the victim. The suspect is further described as in her late teens or early 20s and wearing a multicolored tank top with white jeans. Secret Witness is offering a reward of $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect.

Two female inmates walked away from the Jean Conservation Camp south of Las Vegas last night. One of them, 33-year-old Krystle Holm, was sentenced two weeks ago in Lyon County.

Reno City Manager Sabra Newby has decided to release the investigative report on adult businesses in Reno. She says, in the interest of full transparency, she's decided to waive the attorney-client privilege on the undercover report.

Reno Police are warning the public about a series of similar suspicious incidents over the past month. Police have been notified of instances in which women have reported being followed by suspicious subjects. Some of the women say they were with their children at the time they were followed. Most of the incidents have occurred in parking lots of large retail businesses during normal business hours. The women say they have seen one or more men following them in a suspicious manner. Police are concerned about the behavior, although there have been no crimes reported in connection with any of these incidents. Reno Police are asking anyone who may have information about any of these to notify Reno Police or Secret Witness
