Sparks Police and Washoe County Sheriff's set up a double perimeter around the Sparks industrial area to make sure no one's business was looted.

Some good news for people who have suffered flood damage - if you live in a flood zone and you own your home, you most likely have flood insurance.

- Mount Rose Highway has reopened following a rock slide, however chain controls are still in effect over the summit.

-Rock Blvd is closed between Mill St. and McCarran Blvd because of flooding.

-G Street is closed between Sullivan Lane and El Rancho Blvd. after an apartment fire in Sparks.

-The North Truckee drain is causing flooding near Springland Drive, North Truckee Lane and Spanish Springs Road to Howard Drive in Sparks.

-Southbound Kietzke Lane is closed between Galletti and Kuenzli because of high flow in the Truckee River.

-More than 43-hundred NV energy customers are without power in Norhtern Nevada because of weather outages.

-Storey county has issued a boil water order in Lockwood for the next 48 hours due to a broken water line.

Washoe County, and the cities of Reno and Sparks emergency officials continue monitoring conditions as widespread flooding continues in Washoe County.
