A minimum security inmate who walked away from a prison work crew on Tuesday in south Reno has been caught, and is headed back to prison. Zachary David Tankersley, 20, was caught Friday. He was assigned to a work crew cleaning weeds near Interstate 580 at South Meadows Parkway when he walked away. He was serving 12 months to 36 months on a burglary charge at the Stewart Conservation Camp in Carson City after being sentenced in March in Washoe District Court.
