From crystal heeling to psychics to manifesting your goals and dreams, we have a good old sister goss with the Dumbrells + adopted sister Steph. If you’re all about that woo woo energy, this is the ep for you.
We talk through our respective experiences with psychics, manifesting your goals, crystal healing, full moon vibes and more. Whether you believe in it or not, healing can take place in many forms, even if it’s just to reflect on the past and forge a journey ahead for the future. There’s no time like the end of a wild year to manifest your goals and those dreams bbbys, so enjoy this very spiritual ep with some giggles in between.

This episode comes with a trigger warning that we do discuss issues related to fertility, hysterectomies and miscarriages. If you do need support you can contact:
• COPE for information, resources and support when trying to get pregnant
• Relationships Australia NSW or call 1300 364 277 for relationship services, including counselling and education programs
• Beyond Blue on 1300 22 46 36 for 24-hour support if you’re experiencing anxiety or depression
Imagine discovering at the age of 21 that after years of what you thought was just bad period pain, was actually a series of debilitating cysts and fibroids in your uterus?
Then Doctors starting important conversations about your long term fertility and flagging some confronting surgeries (including a partial hysterectomy) as one of the options to ease the excruciating pain.
Fast forward to the age of 24 and our good friend, work colleague and PR guru, Emily Findlay has been suffering silently through a condition that thousands of women face.
She talks us through her decision to ‘watch and wait’ instead of rushing the decision to start a family, the multiple gynaecologists she went through, debilitating daily pain, ruptured cysts and the growth of a second fibroid - all at the age of 24.
We hope that Em’s story and her continued bravery and resilience may help any other women experiencing similar issues feel seen and heard.

With Ella turning 30 in two weeks and Steph having already reached the big milestone last April, we goss about what we ‘should’ have ticked off the invisible expectation list that comes hand in hand with turning 30 (aka having your shit together). Whether it’s the pressure of getting married, buying a house or having a kid - we delve deep into our fears and where we sit on all three.
The reality? We don’t fit into the cookie cutter mould of what “being thirty” means and we’re okay with that. Realising we’re not quite where our parents were at our age is scary but we’re embracing the paths we’ve chosen.
Reflecting on all the highs and lows of our 20s - navigating work, life and relationships - we’ve had a pretty wild ride and don’t regret a thing. We’ve also replaced having a kid (for now) with our fur babies Kobe and Tonka, and we love them like children lol.
If you’re about to turn thirty, the biggest lesson we’ve learnt is not to put too much pressure on yourself to conform to what you think you should be doing because at the end of the day, everything works out exactly how it’s supposed to.
Enjoy your 20s, trust your gut and most importantly, enjoy this ep!

Charge up your crystals ladies and strap in for some seriously good energy, business advice and goss with fashion powerhouse, @jordanasexton.
Having worked in the industry for 16 years, Jordana started as the very first employee for what is now one of Australia’s biggest fashion brands. She was instrumental in the enormous growth and huge success of this iconic Australian label as it grew from a team of 3 to a staff of over 200 people. From marketing, logistics, PR, international trade shows, producing iconic shoots and styling celebs like Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner - Jordana has done it all.
After 11 years with the brand, she talks to us about climbing the ladder in the fashion industry, the power of networking and some exciting new ventures in consulting and working with one of our favourite athleisure brands, @the_upside.
Jordana is an enigma. There’s no other word for her and there’s no one else quite like her. To put it simply - she’s hilarious. So, it should be of absolutely no surprise to anyone that we went completely off track and had a huge goss session about her low key psychic energy which shook us to the core, wild work trips, horrific dates, getting engaged and an exciting tequila venture coming soon.
Enjoy!

Nothing like a bit of office goss to get you through your Monday?! There’s always a plethora of politics in any work place and our own office is no different.
Working in a shared space that overlooks one of Sydney’s finest brothels or as Ella would say, ‘the creme de la creme of the brothel scene’ we’ve bonded with some weird, wonderful and whacky people.
It’s only natural that our work colleagues come with some spicy, spicy stories. There are characters that we’ve happily said good riddance to (AKA Mr Creepy Man), others who have wild Tinder phone dates in the open plan office and it obviously wouldn’t be Kolide Goss without a good old shit clogging the toilet story.
All in good humour - we hope you have a big lol.

This week we are joined by celebrity builder and friend of ours @marshalkeen from Built by MK. Buckle up and prepare for a wild, wild ride in this ep. From marriage to divorce, near bankruptcy, gracing the screens of Aussie TV on the building show, “Buying Blind” getting COVID and fighting cancer - Marshal has some yarns to spin (and that’s not even covering his booming business with clients like @sarahellisonstudio and @sirthelabel). We love Marshal’s positive energy and sense of humour despite the chaos. Thrown in the mix are some life lessons, big lols and of course, the reminder that there’s always a silver lining.

We just had our first weekend of freedom post lockdown and we hope you’re slightly dusty and ready for a lol. Seeing as we’re about to slowly open back up for travel we thought we’d tell some of our weirdest, craziest travel stories from over the years. So get your margis out, sit back and enjoy the ride.
Recommendations:
Steph:
Holy Wood in South America - enhance creativity and bring good fortune. Legend has it that bad spirits are vanished in the rising smoke as it clears the air for good spirits and positive affirmations.
Tell your worries to your worry doll when you go to bed at night. Place the doll under your pillow for a peaceful nights sleep. In the morning your doll has taken your worries away.

This week we’re gossing about all the cliche things girls say, do and get obsessed with. Essentially it’s just a pay out of all the weird and embarassing woo woo shit we’ve done and said in our lives and digresses into some very funny wig outs that have happened. We’re talking fad trends we’ve become obsessed with, spiritual enlightenment (or so we thought) and some left of field lols like horse riding nightmares. Again, just an hour of light humour to get you through our final week in lockdown.
