Jenny Cerbelle joins Ché on the show today to chat about her journey through miscarriage. Jenny has been through an incredible ordeal of having to process 9 miscarriages after the birth of her first son. On the show, we talk about the shame, grief and self-deprecation that can often accompany baby loss and why Jenny is an advocate for bringing this conversation to the forefront.
Jenny shares her personal experience and some very practical and tangible tools for women to use if they are moving through something like this, or for any friend/sister/partner who is wanting to support someone through this grieving process. We end the show on a high with Jenny sharing the joy of naturally conceiving their second son Teddy.

Finally, we look at the impact of our modern day lives on our hormone balance and the long term consequences on our energy, the importance of testing to get more information, taking ownership of your health by being curious and playing detective.
