Kouri Richins is expected in court next week for a 3-day preliminary hearing. This week there was a virtual hearing to discuss a few last-minute items. Richins is accused of poisoning her husband Eric in 2022. The defense argued to exclude certain parts of upcoming witness testimony and requested that Richins appear next week without handcuffs.
