Kurt joined a recruiting firm where he worked alongside, his partner, Mike DeLaney. After a year and a half he decided to open up his own recruiting firm, specializing in all technical fields. Now 15 years later, Kurt has taken what he has learned and turned GNR into the Company it is today; one of the most successful Hi-Tech recruiting firms in the US.

He has divided the recruitment process into three distinct areas that allows GNR to deliver amazing customer engagement, while managing the process from assignment to candidate preparation and presentation to the final offer stage.

He also found a need to separate the duties of a recruiter into-- just that "recruiting"; rather than the addition of traditional administrative responsibilities. This kind of innovative thinking has streamlined the recruiting process and allows for more calls into our clients' competitors to find parallel talent, while at the same time expanding GNR's candidate database for future needs.
