#87 What To Do With A Vulnerability Hangover
A vulnerability hangover is the experience you have after sharing a piece of yourself with someone—or many someones—that you may not have been fully prepared to share.
A vulnerability hangover can happen after you post something online, send a text, tell someone how you really feel, express your artistic side, or simply reveal a part of yourself that you haven’t before. It can leave you feeling embarrassed, ashamed, regretful, unsure, insecure, overwhelmed, unsafe, and anything in between.
BUT a vulnerability hangover isn’t necessarily a bad thing—it is a sure sign that you did something brave, that you are GROWING, and that your soul is expanding.
