my friiiieeeends! after i took a break last week i'm back and i am better than ever :) actually, i feel like this break was more than necessary, hectic life -> hectic mind. so let's start fresh from the mainland! this episode is a one that lies close to my heart because i am going to tell you the most challenging lesson i've had to learn so far and you are going to know more about me personally & my problems (amazing!) i have been feeling quite lost for a time know and as somebody who is always eager to see the bigger picture, dealing with uncertainty wasn't easy at all. i fell and i felt everything i have been surpressing and nothing at the same time - unknown terrain. so today i am going to share my experiences and the wisdom i have gathered over the time - i hope you will enjoy it! i will answer questions like: what to do when you feel dull / empty? how to deal with loss? how to deal with change? how to accept that you are not perfect? how can you humble yourself?
