LA is my home, my beloved community and like so many people here my heart is broken by the devastation of the fires that are still going on as we drop this episode. If anything, this is a great time for all of us - in LA or not, to pause and think about having emergency plans in place in case we need them because life can change in a split second - and also learn some basic ideas on how to keep our stress in check in situations like this one. My heart goes out to everyone who lost their homes and to the first responders - and I am happy to see this coomunity coming together as best as it can to help those who need help right now.
