  • How Do You Process Giving and Receiving
    In this Episode Lalitha
Describes how she is impacted by saying affirmations titled “Giving and Receiving” from Louis Hay's book
    “Meditations to Heal your life”
Whenever I give something to someone or do a service, I am conscious of being compassionate, reasonable, and courteous.
Whenever I receive a service, even if I am unable to reciprocate, I remind myself of the above affirmation and say to myself that at some point in time, I will be able to help. I consciously receive gifts and compliments with gratitude ( by saying thank you and meaning it) and with a smile. Conscious acts like these keep me healthy and peaceful.
