Land Based Learning Program combines STEM with Indigenous knowledge
A group of students are participating in a program called Melkiknuawti, meaning, that which gives you strength. Through a a partnership between Ulnooweg Education Centre and SuperNova, based at Dalhousie University, students are being taught the concept of two-eyed seeing which mixed Indigenous knowledge with Western science.
