ある日、大岡越前は、石のそばで泣いている男に出会いました。

「大の男がなにを泣いているのだ」と大岡が問うと、

男は油売りで、石に腰掛け休んでるうちに一眠りしてしまい、起きたら売上金の二百文が盗まれていた、と。

大岡越前は、油売りの男を助けることにしました。

One day, Koshizen Ooka came across a man crying by a stone.

"He told him that he was an oil seller who had fallen asleep while sitting on the stone, and when he woke up, he found that his money had been stolen.

When he woke up, he found that his money had been stolen.
