私はS君から、こんな話を聞いた。

友人の知人が鉄道自殺しようと、線路に寝た。一度は思いとどまった。

しかし、二度目は自ら汽車に正面から向かっていき、助からなかった。

汽車の客車の中、私はU君にこの話を聞かせた。

U君は言う。「汽車は急停車はしないものだ。乗客に怪我人や死人が出るやもしれないからね」

A friend of mine knew someone who tried to commit railroad suicide and slept on the tracks. Once, he stopped thinking about it.

However, the second time, he went head-on into the train himself and did not survive.

In the train carriage, I told this story to U.

U said, "The train stopped suddenly. A train never stops suddenly. Passengers might be injured or killed.
