寮に住む某という学生は、物静かでいつも瞑想しているような男であった。

某は目立たず友人もいなかったが、寮の同室の男くらいしか名前がわからないほどであった。

ある霧の夜、男は同室の某が夜中に起きているのに気付いた。

某はそっと部屋を抜け出してた。男は某を追って、部屋の外へ追っていった。
