Publisher's Summary:

The Gallagher Brothers series from New York Times best-selling Author Carrie Ann Ryan continues with the one brother who thinks he can handle it all and the one woman who could change that.

Owen Gallagher likes everything in its place and is organized to a fault. While his brothers have each dealt with their own personal tragedies and stresses, Owen figures he's had it pretty easy. That is until his perfectly ordered world is rocked at its foundation and he's forced to rely on others. Now, he must heal his body and his soul while trying to ignore his delectable and utterly off-limits neighbor.

Liz McKinley is stressed out, exhausted, and not in the mood for a bearded and growly man in her ER. When she patches him up to the best of his ability, she's prepared to push him firmly from her thoughts. Of course, that would be easier if she and her best friend hadn't bought the house next to his. Now their paths seem to cross daily, and she is finding it harder and harder to say no to the injured and angry man next door. But she's been scarred one too many times in her life, and even though this Gallagher looks good enough to eat, she knows that sometimes, sating that craving is the worst thing she can do.

The planner and the runner

Owen is the planner of the Gallagher bros...his sticky notes & lists can drive you crazy...but hes a gentle giant. Liz is an ER nurse whos childhood has created a runner...she panics whenever relationships start getting serious. Owen & Liz meet when she comes to her bff rescue at a bar. Then again in the ER when Owen was brought in after a hit and run. Theeeen...turns out that Liz & her bff just bought the house next door to Owen. There is chemistry between the two but will Liz allow anything to develop? This was a sweet and funny, at times, story. We catch up with the rest of the Gallagher clan and eventually get an HEA...after really wanting to shake sense into Liz :)). Totally worth the read/listen.

Publisher: Audible Studios

Publisher's Summary:

It's just one crazy week...

After a year of singlehood, I've fallen into a rut. I'm bored - and a little lonely.

Or I was, before I met Jackson Bennett.

He's rich, arrogant, and a playboy who's trouble. But he has muscles in all the right places (every single one) and a cocky attitude that should not make me hot.

But holy shit, it does.

Jackson wants to whisk me away for a week. No strings, no expectations. Just one crazy week with the hottest man I've ever laid eyes on. And it isn't supposed to mean anything.

But the more time I spend with him, the more I realize he's not just a hottie with a naughty body. He's someone I'm falling for...hard. We come from different worlds, and I don't know if I can handle it. The only thing I know for sure - it definitely must be crazy.

#Sassygirl555-SchoolsTheCaptain!

Melissa and Jackson are from different worlds. He's rich, she's a school teacher, he's used to getting everything he wants, she's used to working hard for what little she has. After meeting in a bar, she schools him on Scotch! They have chemistry, and he wants to spend the night with her, but when she says "No" he finds out she isn't like the usual women he's used to picking up. He lives the lifestyle of the rich and famous, and tweets about almost everything including the sassy girl he met at a bar. When Melissa sees his tweet, she can't resist creating her own tweeter account @sassygirl555, and replies to his tweets. Soon their tweets turn to texts, then to phone calls, and before long he's taking her for a week long adventure with the intention of sweeping her off her feet. His lifestyle overwhelms Melissa, and they have a few bumps during their escape, but he's patient, and it pays off with some steamy and sweet romance. But as the saying goes, "all good things must come to an end." When their week is over, neither was prepared for the emptiness they would feel going back to their own lives. Jackson being used to getting his way, doesn't want things to end, but he quickly learns some people can't be bought, and he will have to win Melissa's heart.

Overall, this was a cute fun story, and felt like a combination of Pretty Woman, and Cinderella. While it was more of a instant love story, their relationship was developed throughout the audio. This was another great KU/whispersync ! Looking forward to listening to the next book in the series. No Cliffhangers, and a HEA!

Loved the first book

This book didnt quite have the same elements that the first book did. The male lead was rich and the typical playboy. Yawn. I liked the female lead, she was funny and charismatic. Performances were great but overall it lacked a certain chemistry

Publisher's Summary:

Cass Harper has given up on her romantic ideal. She has secretly longed for a man who enjoys her company, respects her intellect, thinks she is beautiful, and is prepared to spank her bottom scarlet when he thinks she needs it. All that has gotten her is heartbreak.

When learning of her ex-fiancé's plans to use her money to take his new love to Paris, Cass has had enough. An invitation from an online fan has her deciding that it is about time to pull her big-girl panties up and step outside her comfort zone. Stunning photos of the Alaskan wilderness promise her an adventure; the prospect of meeting the considerate and strong Killian Nelson, owner of Slick Trench Outfitters, offers her far more.

All Cass needs to do is overcome a few obstacles...such as reclaiming her livelihood from her carbophobic ex-fiancé who has hijacked her food blog, convince herself that Killian's gorgeous ex-girlfriend isn't competition, find a missing elderly friend - and, as if that's not enough, she also needs to stay away from the bears and wolves that call Alaska home.

Only after Cass begins to recognize her own worth is she able to build the life she has dreamed of. Oh, but remember those big-girl panties she's pulled up? What will her reaction be when she learns that naughty girls find their panties pulled down when going over an Alaskan's lap?

Roasted is a witty, sexy story of self-discovery. It features excerpts from the fictional CassCooks by Cass Harper, and some nonfictional recipes that you are going to want to try.

Casss Roasted Rump

Any additional comments?

Like the perfect BBQ sauce drizzled over chicken wings, this story is a mixture of spicy spankings and sweet romance stirring sex and cheeky humor hmm. There is a point to the food metaphors; Cass is a chef and writes a blog about recopies and cooking techniques. Her bog posts are salted through the story and make it a rather good cookbook. Through a comical sequence of chance encounters, she meets Killian. Its not much of spoiler to say she finally gets the spanking of her fantasies, but Ill say no more.

Susannah Shannons story moves quickly and Ava Zilvers narration is perfect. The audio adaptation is superb. However, you might want a notepad handy to jot down the cooking ideas. While the story might seem to move too fast, it isconsistent with its vacation romance setting.

Publisher's Summary:

If I met Alexandra DeLuca for the first time today, I would only need one word to describe her: mine. She's everything she was when we said goodbye. Beautiful, stubborn, sweet...and off-limits.

After two years leading separate lives, our worlds have collided. Now that she's back home working and taking classes beside me, she's bound to make me lose my mind. She's all I've ever wanted, all I've ever dreamed of, and the one thing I can never have.

Not because she's my best friend's sister.

Not because all four DeLuca brothers would come at me with fists swinging if I hurt her.

Not even because she's way better than I will ever deserve.

I keep my distance because we didn't meet for the first time today. We met five years ago when I was a different person. When my demons ruled me. Even though I've changed - even though I've gotten my life together and become a better man - I can't change the past. And the secrets that haunt me would destroy her.

But I'm not the only one with secrets, and when the truth comes out, I don't know where to turn. What do you do when your world washes away beneath your feet and you feel like you're drowning? What do you do when the woman you promised yourself you'd never touch is the only thing that can keep you from going under?

So fucking good

I love this story!

The fact that Lexi make a woman beauty something so so perfect and amazing when people (asshole) even herself think she is not. And listen it being read with such emotion and sexy voices make more good.

All the secrets!

I do love a good New Adult romance and Going Under, Book 3 of the Blackhawk Boys by Lexi Ryan is NA done right!

This had a bit of everything: off-limits romance, the best friends' sister and some sports romance thrown in for good measure

There is a lot of back story that slowly get revealed between Sebastian and Alex. This one had me on the edge of my seat.

The narration by Summer Roberts & Tyler Donnes is great as usual - confident yet emotional at the right times.

I cannot wait for the next book in this series

4.5 Second Chance Stars!

I was captivated by this friends to lovers/forbidden romance from the very first page! I have been waiting for Sebastian Crowe's story since the very first book and it was well worth the wait! This story opens up two years previously with Sebastian at Alexandra DeLuca's door at midnight. She is leaving tomorrow and he can't let her go without seeing her one last time. He knows he shouldn't be there, not only because her brother is his best friend, but also because he has a secret that would destroy her. Alex has been harboring a secret love for him and is hoping he will beg her to stay. Sebastian sucks at goodbye and it leaves them both heartbroken.

Fast forward two years and Alex is back home to go to college, working in Sebastian's family garage, and tempting him beyond measure. As they get reacquainted thru work, college classes and friends, they are finding it harder and harder to ignore their deep love for each other or the reasons they can't be together. They have no clue they have been used and manipulated. But as secrets are revealed will they be able to survive the truth or find the strength to forgive? I really liked Sebastian and Alex and love them together.

Happily Ever After Stories!

Would you listen to The Pryce Family, Books 1 - 3 again? Why?

Yes, I love to listen to stories, without too much drama!!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Book 1 - Mark, for not giving up!

Book 2 - Jane, sharing her love for family, no matter what, how mad we are with our own.

Book 3 - Justin, knows how to handle situation.

What does Kirsten Leigh bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?

Kirsten, did a good job in telling all three stories. But, it would have been much better if we had a male voice (Zachary Webber).

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Not really, it should have been separate books. The reason why, if I wanted to go back to listen Book 2, I would have find the chapter number where to start.

Flirty and fun beach romance!

This story has a fabulous Myrtle Beach setting and authentic, relatable characters. I enjoyed the storyline and narration so much I didn't want to stop listening until the very end! The Hunt family relationships were just as entertaining as the romance. I will definitely seek out more titles from this series, author, and narrator!

Good stuff

I got this ARC via audiobook boom. I am glad I got this box set. I would hate to lis

Good Short Story Set

This was a set of very short stories to make a complete short story. The story was a love at first sight theme. There was a plain crash and some of the main characters found themselves stranded in an Island.

The narrator had a good voice and brought the story to life. I enjoyed listening to his voice.

There were some pretty unexpected things that happened in this story. The plane splitting in half and sucking Erica into the water was one of them. Overall an interesting story with a HEA conclusion.

**This audiobook was provided free of charge in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion**

Fun sexy read

Any additional comments?

This audiobook was given to me for a honest unbiased review. This was a Fun sexy read. A short a sweet yet steamy read. Loved it.

3.5 star instant romance..

I was given this book in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion.

I did enjoy listening to this series.

Being stranded with a sexy billionaire definitely had this book off to a great start.

This book would have packed more heat if the sexy time's had been more creative and discriptive.

Even though it wasn't super HOT!! it was still a sexy listen.

I thought the plot was interesting and the narration was on point and good.

The part that I couldn't get into was the whole instant love thing.

Instant lust that blossoms into love... yeah I get that!

Because of that, I just couldn't do 4 stars.

I will say if this series is on sale it's worth listening to but, for me personally I would save my credit.

Complete Story

This particular audiobook is several serial stories that make one complete story. JB Duvane is an author whom I've read before. I was not as familiar with Jenna Chase or the narrator Logan McAllister. All 3 are very talented. This story was well written and narrated. I was voluntarily provided this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, narrator, and/or publisher.

Members Reviews:

Melissa Foster writes what we all want to find!

This is another delightful Melissa Foster read. It has a famous actress character, but Ms. Foster is one of the few authors that doesn't lose me immediately because of that. She is so good at putting the focus on their emotions and what is going on in other parts of their lives!

Parker, the actress, has just lost a loved one and has retreated to lick her wounds in private, when Grayson shows up. She has hired him to do some work on her house and over the months of emails, they have become quite intrigued with each other. Grayson is the supportive, understanding type of guy that everyone wants. It doesn't hurt that he's gorgeous, either. He even fall in love with Parker's dog!

There's a certain amount of mystery (maybe the unknown is a better term) in the story. It's not intrigue or suspense, but just Parker and Grayson trying to figure some stuff out from things Parker was left when her friend(s) died. There's also the right amount of romance and sex that is found in every Melissa Foster book. The couples she writes are always just so darn cute together! She writes what we all want to find if we haven't already. (Long sigh..........).

Fantastic

I listened to the Audio Book of Seaside Lovers. The narration of BJ Harrison is fantastic. I love listening to him.

I always love returning to the Seaside gang. Parker is a famous actress and Grayson is an artist who have correspond and fell for each other over months of email. When the two got together it was hot. Seaside Lovers had a twist I never expected. I truly do not know how Melissa does it. She writes so many book and none of them disappoint. This book is a HEA with no cliffhangers.

good book

Parker and Grayson's story started as a story filled with grief as she starts their story with dealing with the loss of her friend Bert and while dealing with such grief faced and admitted to her feelings for Grayson.

As they get paired up time after time as the best man and maid of honor in the upcoming nuptials of all of their best friends, Emily and Jase find their mutual resentment simmering just beneath the surface...right alongside their mutual attraction. Just another love story.

The characters were somewhat interesting and believable, but I was expecting more maturity. Maybe it is just me. Seems as if their problems were too common to cause so much drama.

Dragged

It hurt to finish this book, I wanted to just give up. I thought maybe I was missing something. Nope. It was that bad
