    Publisher's Summary:
"First comes love. Then comes marriage. Then comes a-" Hold up. You're joking, right? As if life works off a neat little list like that, moving down, checking things off before jumping to the next task. We're not married. We're not lovers. Hell, we're hardly even friends.
Noah Wilson isn't exactly "life partner" material, and he sure as hell isn't "father material." He's my older brother's best friend, and has been off limits, sworn off, locked in the highest tower and out of reach since we met over 10 years ago. With his devilish good looks, tattoos, motorcycle, and trail of broken hearts and tears, I've had good reason to stay away from the bad boy my mother warned me about. Until one night. One stupid, regrettable night that changed both of our lives forever. And now I only have nine months to decide our fate, to see if Noah's rebel heart is capable of anything more than a one-night stand. This isn't a love story. This is a life story. And life doesn't go according to plan.

"A fast paced and sweet read... that will make you smile and swoon, I would surely recommend this one!" (Pretty Little Book Reviews)

    Sweet and funny
Pretty good story (a little sappy but I couldn't help but enjoy it.) I'd never heard this narration team before but I loved Romy Nordlinger and Phillip Alces. They really made this come alive for me and I listened to it in one day cause I got so into it.
    an ok listen
Where does First Comes Love rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?
It rates in the upper part of all audiobooks I have listened to
What did you like best about this story?
I loved how Noah stepped up, He made his mistakes but in the end he was there when it mattered.
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
    Parts of it did.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Parts made me sad, I did laugh at parts. I didn't cry though.
    A good story
This book won't be one of my favorites, it's not one I'll come back to but it was good. The author did a good job of weaving a believable story (although I really think AA should have been in one of the character's futures, no one drinks like that and then just gets over it with no help!)
I thought the narrators did an awesome job though.
    Overall, good job!
    Ridiculously juvenile & trite
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
The story was so syrupy and basic it was bordering on ridiculous! Everything such a neat pretty package there was no engaging conflict, no realistic situations & no believability to these characters.
Has First Comes Love turned you off from other books in this genre?
No, because I had read good ones before. If I started with this book it might have been.
    Any additional comments?
This book read like it was written for a teenager. Everything was just so neat and tidy and simple -it was just dumb.
    great story, poor narration
I loved the book. but the narrators didn't fit at all with characters and it was really hard picturing this couple with a guy who sounds like spencer and a spinster type lady. sorry.

I haven't read a book that I can compare to this.

There were so many. One of the most memorable scenes was the birth of their child. It was bittersweet.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
    A sacrificial love
    Any additional comments?
This is one story that will stay with you long after the experience.
    don't waste your credit
reader whispered the entire time. to the extreme. turned volume way up and still barely heard her. very annoying. melodramatic and corny. this audio book single handedly sealed my audible cancellation.
A beautiful tear jerking love story
I'll try to circle back with a full review later, but for now a brief thought, a strong warning, and the audible thoughts.
Thought: I really enjoyed this book and the love story between Lena and Nate. I had tears falling freely during this book.
Warning: Save the prologue until the book is over. I am rating as 4 stars instead of 5 because of the prologue. The prologue gave away something that we should have been discovering while reading the book and it took away from my reading experience. I spent a good portion of the book pulling myself out of the story because of what I knew from the prologue rather than figuring it all out. I really disliked that. I should have been allowed to discover the story as it unfolded not had the important stuff given away before it even started.
Audible: I added the whispersync audible narration to my Kindle book. I listened to maybe half of it. I didn't really care for this narration. The narrator was often really breathy. Also, she really needed to use a filter in front of the microphone (or a much better filter if one was used) because all of the "ch", "sh", and some of the "s" sounds in words made loud noises and I had to listen at a really low volume because it hurt my ears and was really annoying.

Fighting To Be Free is the first book I have read by Kirsty Moseley and it won't be the last.
Fighting To Be Free is the first book I have read by Kirsty Moseley and it won't be the last. Fighting To Be Free delivered a heartbreaking story of a young man at a disadvantage who had a sincere heart of gold and a strong desire to be a better person. He was a victim of the life he was born into. His choices were taken away from him at an early age. He was in survival mode his entire life. He had regrets and life long scars that he would carry in his soul the rest of his life. Jamie Cole is a survivor and is determined to live the rest of his life on the right path. His new beginning started the day he was released from the juvenile facility. Fate had a different plan for Jamie.
Jamie Cole spent four years in juvie for murder. Because he was a fourteen year old minor and a victim of domestic violence, the courts prosecuted him as a minor rather than an adult. The murder he committed was not a premeditated crime, it was an act of passion brought on by emotional distress. He had been a criminal and a thief since he was eleven. He was drawn into a life of crime to survive in the world he was born. His family life was pathetic. His father was dead, his mother was a drug addict, and his little sister was just as much a victim of their life as he was. He would do anything to protect his sister and make her life easier than his own.
Being in prison for four years changed Jamie. At eighteen he was finally getting his freedom. He was being released on parole. The conditions of his parole were cut and dry. He had to get a job, find a home, and stay out of trouble. His future prospects are very limited with only a little money in his pocket , a limited education, no job training, and a criminal record. He's been set up in an apartment in the sketchy part of town where he came from. His former crime lord boss wants him back in the fold. He wants him to start stealing high end cars once again. Jamie's trapped because once you are in Brett Reyes employ the only way out is death. Jamie's determined to live crime free even if it means death.
After negotiations with Brett, Jamie is almost free. He struggles in his new life. Finally he finds a break when he visits a local junkyard. It's the beginning he was hoping for. He also meets a girl that no only reinforces his will to stay crime free, she makes him want to be a better man.

USA Today best-selling author Catherine Gayle presents another novella in the Portland Storm hockey romance series.
There's only one person in the world that Mattias Bergstrom allows to see his soft side: his younger sister, who was born with Down syndrome. She lives with their parents in Sweden, so there's no worry of accidentally showing his players any part of himself other than the hard-assed former defenseman and current head coach of the Portland Storm. At least not until the doppelganger of Matti's sister snags one of his young D-men in the corridor before the team's skills exhibition event, and his frozen heart melts.
Paige Calhoun has her hands full with four exceedingly boy-crazy, hockey-loving daughters - three teenagers and one pre-teen with Down syndrome. Everyday life is hard enough, but then her ex-husband scores tickets for Paige to take the girls to the StormSkillz Competition. The magnitude of her task is further complicated when her youngest spots the hockey player of her dreams and barrels through the crowd to claim him as her own.
The team's sexy-as-sin coach intervenes, and suddenly Paige feels just as boy crazy as her daughters. This girl might not be Matti's sister, but he decides to give her and her sisters a weekend they'll never forget. Too bad it never crossed his mind that in the process he might end up giving himself an unexpected happy ever after with Paige.

Three years into her meteorology degree, Blake meets professional storm chaser Dash Lexington, who is as gorgeous as he is daring. Instantly recognizing her passion and skills in analyzing weather data, he makes a spot for her on his tight-knit storm chasing team. With each chase and the cherished moments with Dash, Blake discovers her own self-worth and gains the strength to end things with Justin for good. But he won't go easily. As Blake tries to sever ties with one man, she fears she'll lose the other to his dangerous obsession - and she doesn't know if she'll be enough to save him from the impending storm that could end them all.

Reminds me of the movie Twister
Blake has put up with some serious crap. The description says 'emotionally abusive' relationship. Not even close, her boyfriends is flat out evil. Molly Lee wrote a character that had no likable points whatsoever in Justin. Even owing to his upbringing and the difficult times he endured, I found him so thoroughly off putting -- he exceeded my hurdle as a bad human.
I admire Dash for his restraint and his patience. I wanted him to be even more aggressive. But, Lee did the right thing in restraining him in the story and letting Blake be a strong heroine. This novel is long in romance and hope and if you like that kind of thing, its the happy kind of story you'll be delighted to read. Again -- Justin - bleck!
    Epic
Oh Em Gee... I picked up an audio last night called Edge of Chaos by a new-to-me author but the blurb sounded unique and exciting and Amy McFadden is one of my all time favorite narrators, so I scooped it up.
I had a complete eargasm... The story was exactly what I had hoped. So exciting and enthralling and hot. The narration was everything I have come to expect from Amy. She was the perfect choice for this book.
Oh and B.T.Dubs... Dash is mine.
    LOVED LOVED
Would you listen to Edge of Chaos again? Why?
I am not one to listen to books twice. It was really good perhaps once I loose the detail esp. the meteorology aspect of it.
What did you like best about this story?
I liked how the main characters kept it above board. I don't want to spoil it with this statement.
    Which scene was your favorite?
When they all went walking on the bridge or chasing ghosts. I liked the chemistry and emotion in that scene
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
At the frat house. Again I don't want to spoil it. But there was lots of emotion there.
WOAH....take a ride to the Edge of Chaos!
The lead characters of Blake and Dax are a wonderful Duo!!!! Justin is the perfect guy to hate! this is the first book in the Love on the Edge series.... but all books can be read in any order. This is a standalone novel with love, adventure and chaos, what more could you ask for! there are parts in the story for tears and laugh out loud moments.

    "Gesture of Grace"
What made the experience of listening to Hired Bride the most enjoyable?
This is a new author, and my 1st read of her due to Ms Dawe. I buy many of Ms Dawe's reads and have gotten a nice exposure to new author's. I am a core romance reader, going back to all of Judith McNaught's work, and the great Kathleen Widdowess The Wolf and the Dove.
This author is refreshing, simple, and creates a big smile inside. I purchased this entire series read by Ms Dawe without trying 1 out and I am so pleasantly please with this 1st one.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Both heroine and hero, were sweet in their own way. This is not your FSOG type read, but a simple story of two people getting to deeply know one another. It will drag you in and hold your heart.
What about Angela Dawes performance did you like?
I am a big fan of Ms Dawe, with over 100 of her reads. I have many yet to be heard, but I do get good exposure to many new authors, and she made this author jump right off the page.
Her male and childrens voices are great. She has really come into her stride. She made this simple read come to sweet life.
See her in Tiffany Snow series, Kade will melt your heart. Julie Garwood's Sweet Talk started my fan-ship.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When our couple go off to Charleston. This author writes a great short story which makes you feel good. It doesn't get better than that.
    Any additional comments?
If you are a mystery fan, DO NOT MISS, author Marcia Clark Moral Defense which Ms Dawe reads. Even reviewer Wayne, who I follow, had to admit what a great pair the read was.
Good Story-Angela Dawe made it EXCELLENT
I enjoyed this story when I read it shortly after it's initial release; Noelle Adams writes simply eloquent & lovely stories. However Angela Dawe's performance truly made it come alive! I've been a fan of hers since discovering Jennifer Ashley's Mackenzie series. She has this rare ability to perform male and female voices and make them sound not just believable(which is a feat in itself) but emotional and deep. A stellar job in this performance!
Too much angst but great narration..
A lot of readers dont like this type of book, a story where the hero pays the heroine to marry him for a certain length time, for a certain amount of money, but I happen to be one of those who do like it. However, for only having 217 pages this was really, really angsty. Good grief, how many times did Deanna fall into bed with Mitchell then give him the cold shoulder because it was a mistake. And how many times did she let him hold her and kiss her then pull away again because she was afraid she might fall in love with him. It was a constant back-and-forth, to where it didnt make a bit of sense to go on that long.

This was very well written and a very nice break from the real world.
    Well done!
    High five stars!
    Enjoyable and Light
"The Billionaire's Inconvenient Obsession" was a light, enjoyable read with differing perspectives of family. It was easily a stand-alone, but the character development was enhanced with the history of other the characters from previous books to draw from. I found a new author in Nadia Lee for me to follow.

    Five Crushing Stars!
What an AMAZING story! I LOVED it!
I believe a good romance should take you away from the everyday, evoke emotions, and make you fall in love with the characters, and that's actually what A Sudden Crush did! I was rooting for Connor and Anna from the very beginning!
The plot was captivating, with lot's of humor, and a little heartache, but with a heart warming HEA. (The story is told from Joanna's POV.) I was hooked from the first page, and hanging on to each chapter. From the very moment Connor and Joanna met on the plane, their personalities just did not mix, so when they ended up marooned on an island together, it was funny picturing these two going from hostile, to co-existing to actually getting along. For being the only two people of the island, they eventually made a good team.
Don't want to spoil anymore of the plot, but I will say following Joanna throughout the story is like an emotional roller coaster with lot's of ups and downs. I actually laughed and cried with this story!
Not sure if this is Tami Leah Lacy's first audiobook she's narrated, but she did an OUTSTANDING job! All the characters sounded great, and she delivered on all of different the emotions. Kudos!
I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review, and honestly loved the story. I definitely recommend this story for any romantic at heart! It was excellent!
    Hidden Summer Gem
I wish I could remember whose review I read that compelled me to buy this book but I'd like to thank them. This is a perfectly breezy summer book that isn't trashy or too sappy. Yes, you can still expect a heroine who can be annoying at times and completely unbelievable scenarios. However, you can enjoy a romance where people actually get to know each other, are realistic about past relationships, and someone trying to find themselves. It's funny, sweet, and reminiscent of Sophie Kinsella.

Good M.C. continuation of brothers (no diversity)
Good action.. Sex scenes are r rate not X rated. The youngest brother of MC club falls for undercover agent. All anglo character. No diversity among any supporting characters mentioned.. But, drama and sex scenes are well written. Pepper Laramie is an excellent voice actor. Yes, it is worth a credit & money.
    Great story
I received this for an honest review. This has been a wonderful series. I have enjoyed the Mason brothers so much. I have to say I loved Pepper Laramie narrating this book. She put so emotion into reading this book even in the steamy parts, just WOW!
Sam Mason was the playboy of the bunch. He loved women and had no plans for settling down anytime soon. He did find he had a love for kids. He loved his nieces and nephews so much. He can see himself down the road with a whole motorcycle club of kids.
Lila worked for the ATF in the Special Agents Division. She was assigned to go undercover to get evidence on the Steel Infidels MC. They had got a tip about illegal activities that the Mason guys were doing. She had studied Sam and he was her target.
Lila did not know what she was getting herself into. She was not looking for these guys to have any good to them, especially Sam. She got to see a side of Sam that most did not get to see. She got to see how he helped people and loved his family, friends, and town.
Sam has plan playing the player. Lila is not fooling him. Sam had not expected to fall for her so hard. Now Sam has plan keeping her. What Sam wants he has plan getting. He has not ever met a girl like Lila and he knows she has feelings for him to. He will do whatever it take to keep her. I am really surprised of the action he takes to assure just that. Sorry will have to read the book to find out. I know my mouth fell open and it was something I was not expecting. I might of expected it out of Jesse or Flint but not Sam.
The Steel Infidels are in some serious trouble. They will do whatever it takes to make sure Lila will not take them down. Can Sam protect her and keep her safe? Will Sam have to choose between Lila and his family?

    Fun Read!
I loved this installment as much as the first; I'm looking forward to reading more books from this author. It contained everything from intrigue to action and romance with some humor thrown in. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun quick read.
Love as much as the first.
I love these books. Kept me guessing to the end. Great plot for both books. She kept both books tied together, yet they transition smoothly from one to the other.
