Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by offering an update on the Krasner impeachment, revealing that Larry Krasner has asked for Justice Kevin Dougherty to recuse himself from Krasner’s appeal due to Dougherty’s past criticism of Krasner in the case of Ryan Pownall. Then, Dom tells about a Mayoral Forum last night focusing on crime, playing back clips of Helen Gym getting into it with both Jeff Brown and Cherelle Parker. Also, Dom tells that the FOP endorsement has finally been announced, revealing that Jeff Brown has now been endorsed by Philadelphia’s police union.

Then, Dom welcomes in John McNesby, President of FOP Lodge 5, to hear why Philadelphia’s police union has chosen to endorse Jeff Brown in the Democratic Primary for Philadelphia’s next Mayor. McNesby lays forth Brown’s extensive history of working with unions, telling that endorsements by other unions weighed into the decision they made. Then, Dom questions McNesby on the other candidates, with McNesby revealing why he believes candidates who were former council members were counterintuitive to the requests and needs of the Police, and tells why they couldn’t endorse Rebecca Rhynhart, who McNesby has said has been dishonest about an audit she did into the police department.
