The boys were joined by special guest, chef Matthew Jensen from La Ferme in Alexandria MN. Matthew used to work for Vincent, and he had some rather tasty stories to tell! Fun stuff.

Thing we learned this week: The kitchen was the social hub of the house. Lamb cutlets are the best finger food on the planet. And Vincent enjoyed kale for the first time. Or so he says.

The boys were on-site at Vincent's restaurant this week, and they were in a very educational mood. Things we learned: Cream cheese wontons are popular in Minnesota. Fresh ingredients are essential to good Vietnamese food. And, St. Valentine was buried in Ireland. Now you know.

Vincent may be getting a tattoo. John's looking forward to mashed potatoes on the road. And Quinno likes Hot Bar egg rolls. Well, someone has to.

Vincent's super power is drinking whiskey. John has a problem with bitterness. And Quinno had fluffy little pillows of Heaven. Make of that what you will."

Vincent was the defender of microwaves. John will reject anything 'imperial' right away. And Quinno is small and easy to control. It'll make sense when you listen. Maybe.

Let's try to describe this week's show by using some random terms that were uttered during it: creamy-brothy, tingle, poopy, schwarzbier, work of life, sweat, craic, zing. Poopy was a poor choice.

John's Waldorf Salad had plenty of Waldorfs. Quinno doesn't understand chocolate on a charcuterie board. Vincent dipped a TimTam in espresso. French/Australian détente in action.
