You can’t have a “Le Grand Fromage” podcast without Le Grand Fromage himself…or can you? While Vincent needs a three week break to get his new restaurant “Chloe by Vincent” up and running, we thought we’d go back to the beginning, episode #1!

In the final show before the boys take a three week break, Vincent was able to control his monkey brain...John declared he would've been an Olympic-level eye roller...and Quinno told a bad Lambrusco joke. Are there any good ones?

Vincent has been working long hours ahead of this week's 'soft opening' of his new restaurant. Did Cosrgove and Quinno cut him some slack? No. They most certainly did not.

The boys had some interesting post-Thanksgiving observations: Vincent was impressed by gravy. John tends to stick to French wine. And Quinno ate ham cooked in root beer. Gravy, wine, ham, and root beer. All of the food groups.

Elon Musk is an odd duck. Korean fried chicken stays crispy. Eggs taste better in Ireland. And this week's 'One for the Ditch' might just be the best yet. Oh, you're going to want some!

John is off to Irlande. Vincent got his McGregors mixed up. John loves Smithwicks. Quinno wants to know what honeysuckle smells like. He is not alone.

Some major questions were answered this week. Can be seafood be seasonal? Yes. Does Ireland have any cheese other than Cheddar? No. What's the difference between calvados and apple brandy? About $12. Sorry, we couldn't resist.

The boys recorded this week's show on site at Vincent's current home base, Eato Restaurant in Minneapolis. Eato has its own bottle shop. What could possibly go wrong? Listen and learn.

We celebrated our 100th episode with a special guest as Quinno was away (doing work or something that pays bills). Matt Monroe from Restore Restaurant Co. joined in the conversation and made using data sound somehow interesting. Vincent revealed more details about his new restaurant and John just about kept the bus on the road! Here is to 100 more!
