Leadership question of the day, how do you. Motivate team members, individuals, let's think. I think a key part of motivating team members and not all the crap, like, yeah, getting more money, getting more stuff. It gives them a possibility to develop. Very simple, help them to grow, help them to develop inside of the organization as a person, individual, and so on.

Then recognize them for their development. Hey, great job done. Very simple. Help them to understand that you see that they're developing, you see that they're on a journey? That's it for today. See you tomorrow in the next leadership question of the day.

Leadership question of the day is how do you lead a team? So how do you lead a team? I would say start with creating a we, which means creating a team in the first hand. Get people understanding each other deeper than just, Hey, I'm your colleague. I work in this field. This is my role. Go deeper and get them understanding each other.

Get them knowing each other from a human aspect. That's a key part. If you are not doing that, then you are not a proper team. My personal opinion. Then the next thing is getting a direction so that everyone understands this is the direction of travel, there is where we want to go. Very simple, very easy. That's it for today. Welcome to the leadership question of today. Today's question is, what is the best leadership style? I'm not sure if there is a best leadership style or maybe, let me think. I think there is the best leadership style for you is the one that fits best to you, so you are a leader if you develop people and you do that in a way that fits best to your personality, that's the best thing.

And if you are focusing on developing people, then it's fairly easy. You can't be an asshole. And if you can't be an asshole, you can't be certain type of leaders, managers out there. And that's already the best leadership style out there. I think that's it for today. See you tomorrow.

An all time Good one. What is the difference between leadership and management or a manager?

For me, a leader is a person that is getting the authority from the people that are willing to follow that person. 

A manager is getting the authority through the people that are reporting to that person. So there's a hierarchy: you are the boss of the other person because of the role you have inside of any organization. You are managing people to fulfill tasks inside of an organization. 

Leadership is helping people to develop as part of your role as a manager. And if you do that well, people are performing better than you are just a manager. Does that make sense?

Welcome to the leadership question of the day.

Today we talk about the four traits of innovative leaders.

Number one is if you are an innovative leader, you should be able to inspire. Number two is that you should be able to listen. Listening is one of the key skills of a leader because if you're not capable of listening to other people, you have very hard time in succeeding as a leader.

Number three is empathy. If you are not empathizing with the people you lead, it's impossible to lead people in a proper way. You need to feel how they are, what they need, and then being able to understand for yourself what you need to do as a leader to help them succeeding.

And the number four is accountability. How do you keep people inside of your team accountable? But as well, how do you keep yourself accountable? That's it for today. See you tomorrow.
