Fortune reported that TikTok user @zkchillin defines “ ‘quiet quitting’ as you’re still performing your duties, but you’re no longer subscribing to the hustle culture mentality that work has to be your life, …So, you’re doing the minimum to avoid burnout.” We will look at: 1) What is Quiet Quitting? 2) What are some of the causes 3) How Emotional Intelligence skills can help, and 4) Actions that you can take to minimize it, like Self-Awareness, Trust, Stress Tolerance, Empathy, and Assertive Skills.
