Dr. Nick Pimlott interviews Dr. Allan Grill, family physician and Physician Advisor at the College of Family Physicians of Canada.  Dr. Grill has also been a contributing author to Canadian Family Physician.  Dr. Grill discusses his leadership roles in family medicine, why he became a family physician, his career influences, participation in the Ontario Renal Network, and tips for other family physicians on how they can take on a larger leadership role.
