Today on the Coach and Coordinator Podcast, Keith Grabowski is joined by Brian Kight for the first time in 2019. Throughout 2018 Grabowski and Kight ran the podcast’s “Leadership Journey” series where they discussed leadership and culture building in coaches’ programs. Kight is the CEO of Focus3 and has been influential with his E+R=O concept to impact culture. Grabowski and Kight pick up where they left off and dive right back into culture and the importance of having your own instead of using what's popular with other coaches.
