How does this relate to leadership? That’s a fair question.

This past weekend my wife had a bad fall and ended up in the ER with a severe concussion and a hurt shoulder.

Through this story and a little help from Steve Job’s 2005 Commencement Address at Stanford University, I will not only connect gratitude to leadership, but gratitude for the leadership lessons that come from dealing with life’s setbacks.
