This week, Kate Salmon, a Montesorri teacher at the Elizabeth Ann Clune school of Ithaca, NY, shares the Peace Treaty model, a feedback process that enables children to lead through difficult conflict in a respectful and peaceful manner, without blaming or judging the other person. The Peace Treaty is definitely an example of the benefits of direct and inclusive feedback, very different from what many of us experience at work.
