In this first part of a two-lecture series, Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah goes through some of the speech of the Ulema regarding the distinguishing signs of the people of Sunnah.

No one should be under any delusion that the way of success and guidance is none other than the way of Ahlul Hadith, which is the way of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam) and the Sahaba.

The way of the Salaf (Ahlul Hadith) without doubt preceded all of the madhabs.

When the Sahaba conquered the various lands of Islam and people asked them questions, upon which madhab where they giving the answer? They answered in accordance to the hadith.

When Jesus the son of Mary descends before the hour is established which madhab will he rule and establish the deen of Allah? It will be the way of the Salaf.

Therefore, Ahlul Hadith was the first affair, and will be the final madhab.

And the slaves of the Most Beneficent (Allâh) are those who walk on the earth in humility and sedateness, and when the foolish address them (with bad words) they reply back with mild words of gentleness. (Al-Furqan 25:63)

And those who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing. (Al-Furqan 25:64)

And those who say: "Our Lord! Avert from us the torment of Hell. Verily! Its torment is ever an inseparable, permanent punishment." (Al-Furqan 25:65)

Evil indeed it (Hell) is as an abode and as a place to dwell. (Al-Furqan 25:66)

And those, who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor niggardly, but hold a medium (way) between those (extremes). (Al-Furqan 25:67)

And those who invoke not any other ilâh (god) along with Allâh, nor kill such life as Allâh has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse and whoever does this shall receive the punishment. (Al-Furqan 25:68)

The torment will be doubled to him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace; (Al-Furqan 25:69)

Except those who repent and believe (in Islâmic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, for those, Allâh will change their sins into good deeds, and Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Al-Furqan 25:70)

And whosoever repents and does righteous good deeds, then verily, he repents towards Allâh with true repentance. (Al-Furqan 25:71)

And those who do not witness falsehood, and if they pass by some evil play or evil talk, they pass by it with dignity. (Al-Furqan 25:72)

And those who, when they are reminded of the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat. (Al-Furqan 25:73)

And those who say: "Our Lord! Bestow on us from our wives and our offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders for the Muttaqûn" (pious - see V.2:2 and the footnote of V.3:164)." (Al-Furqan 25:74)

Those will be rewarded with the highest place (in Paradise) because of their patience. Therein they shall be met with greetings and the word of peace and respect. (Al-Furqan 25:75)

Abiding therein; excellent it is as an abode, and as a place to dwell. (Al-Furqan 25:76)

Chapter 35

Sahih al-Bukhari – The Book of Tawheed - Lesson 9 (14/01/17)

Chapter: "(He Alone) the All-Knower of the Ghâ'ib (unseen), and He reveals to none His Ghâ'ib (unseen)." (Al-Jinn 72:26) Verily, Allâh! With Him (Alone) is the knowledge of the Hour. (Luqman 31:34) He has sent it down with His Knowledge (An-Nisa 4:166) Nor does a female conceive (within her womb), nor brings forth (young), except by His Knowledge. (Fussilat 41:47) (The learned men) refer to Him (Alone) the knowledge of the Hour. (Fussilat 41:47)

The Prophet said, "The keys of the unseen are five and none knows them but Allah: (1) None knows what is in the womb, but Allah: (2) None knows what will happen tomorrow, but Allah; (3) None knows when it will rain, but Allah; (4) None knows where he will die, but Allah (knows that); (5) and none knows when the Hour will be established, but Allah."

Hadith No2 - Narrated by Masrooq

Aisha said, "If anyone tells you that Muhammad has seen his Lord, he is a liar, for Allah says: 'No vision can grasp Him.' (6.103) And if anyone tells you that Muhammad has seen the Unseen, he is a liar, for Allah says: "None has the knowledge of the Unseen but Allah."
