Beau sits down with Nathan Montes, aka n8_da_gr8_ on Instagram, talking about his band Gone By Nin9, starting off cutting parts in a shop to finding an older welder to learn from.  Nate then worked as a single-hand welder and ran his rig.  He also talks about advice for people struggling with root passes and learning from failures, and not giving up.
