Self love comes to us in many forms.
My personal pillars of self love include:
Discipline, Boundaries, Environment, Accountability & elevation.
Discipline is staying tethered to your future self & goals.
I will be discussing how your environment influences the outcome of our character as well as our level of self-love by seeing that which we tolerate in our environment.
In order to thrive or excel in anything I do, I realized early on that I must first create a safe space & environment for myself which allows me to thrive & do right by me.
This includes not only physical space as well as the material possessions you surround yourself with, but also the items, words & energies you let into your environment.
Your mind plays one of the most important factors when it comes to interacting with your environment; whether it be in terms of what you allow into & out of your space to the thoughts you thinking, affecting your day to day life.
YOU RISE OR FALL TO THE LEVEL OF YOUR ASSOCIATIONS.
Your associations don’t just stop at people and the friends you keep; but rather the variables you choose to associate yourself and environment with on a daily basis.
Your environment is an accumulation of the different variables of life that you allow into your space that affect and mold you daily.
Variables of life that attribute to quality of life include, but arent limited to:
- Food
- Water intake
- Exercise
- Rest
- Meditation
