One of George Couros’ main takeaways from this episode was a story from Greg Bagby about his father and how he sees the world. We often talk about the idea of leading by example, but we can also talk about the idea of learning by example. Learning by example means that we demonstrate the learning process and the struggle but also show how we continuously move forward. This episode of The Innovator's Mindset Podcast with Greg Bagby is a great reminder to be the example of what we want to see in kids.
