Nerida founded and ran 2 of Australia's largest women's only gyms for the past 8 years.

At the beginning of 2020, both gyms closed due to covid the same month I went through a devastating heartbreak, She had to move house and navigate managing two huge communities of women as well as 10 staff.

This propelled her into a deep healing journey.
