In this episode I discuss the magic of journaling. It's a powerful tool in self-reflection and personal growth. I've been writing my thoughts since I was a child. It has always helped me express the feelings I didn't feel like sharing with others. Journaling has been a way that I have gotten through some rough times in my life. But it has also been a reminder to appreciate the present moment. From gratitude journals to brain dumps to anger pages, handwriting in a journal and/or diary can help you unlock the key to a more fulfilling and introspective life.
