Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent. It’s the day the Church will be invited to enter into the “wilderness” for forty days as a time of preparation for the coming of Easter. Lent is a call to acknowledge our own wandering, and to begin to resist the appetites and habits that keep us from making progress toward the freedom we want. Listen as we discuss how to engage the season well.
