Have you ever wondered what would happen if you spent 20 minutes outside every day? Amy Buchatz did, and in 2017 she set out to do just that. What started as a summer experiment has turned into a movement. She and Jamie talk about Amy's journey moving to Alaska, helping her husband through PTSD, Amy's over 1500 consecutive days of daily nature time, and more.
Amy is a podcast host and journalist whose passion for all things nature (and specifically Alaska!) is evident in everything she does. She talks about what it means to be "outdoorsy" and inspires people all over the world to get outside more.
You'll leave this episode inspired to spend more time in nature, and maybe even join one of Amy's upcoming Outside Everyday 365 Challenges.
